Service and Chill is a technician-owned commercial refrigeration and HVAC company serving the North Dallas area, built on the idea that a service call should end with your equipment working, not with a sales pitch.
Why we started
After years of watching how many service companies do business, one pattern kept repeating: most of these outfits aren't really interested in fixing anything. The whole operation is built on sales commissions for their "technicians," so the people you're trusting with your equipment are paid to sell, not to repair.
The result is predictable. They'll go out of their way to avoid an honest repair, push a replacement you don't need, and leave the actual problem for the next guy. We started Service and Chill to change that. We're only interested in fixing your problem and giving you the solution that makes sense.
